Concept Care Membership Policies
-
If you decide to cancel your Concept Care membership, you can do so through your customer account on our website by accessing your active subscription and selecting the cancellation option. Your membership will end in accordance with the applicable cancellation arrangements and any cancellation rights that apply to you by law.
Once your membership has ended, membership benefits and discounts will no longer be available.
Unused Monthly Membership Treatments
Concept Care memberships are designed to provide a monthly treatment experience. If you choose not to attend or do not use your included treatment during a membership month, the monthly membership payment remains payable and will not be refunded simply because the included treatment has not been used.
An unused monthly treatment entitlement cannot be exchanged for cash or used as a reason to request a refund of that month's membership payment. Any unused treatment entitlement is subject to the provisions set out in the Concept Care Membership Terms & Conditions.
Freezing or Pausing Your Membership
Concept Care memberships cannot be frozen, paused or placed on hold.
We do not currently offer a temporary membership freeze period. If you are unable to continue with your membership, you may cancel your membership in accordance with the applicable cancellation arrangements and rejoin at a later date, subject to membership availability and the membership terms and prices applicable at that time.
VIP Membership Card
When your Concept Care membership ends, your VIP Membership Card must be returned to Concept Esthetics & Beauty.
The card remains the property of Concept Esthetics & Beauty at all times and must not be retained, transferred or used after your membership has ended.
Please return your membership card to the salon following cancellation. If you are unable to return the card in person, please contact our team to arrange an alternative method of return.
Refunds
Membership payments are not normally refundable once the relevant membership period has commenced and membership benefits have been made available, except where a refund is required under applicable consumer law or otherwise agreed by Concept Esthetics & Beauty.
If a refund is due, it will normally be returned using the original payment method where possible.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation or cooling-off rights.
For full details of membership cancellation, please refer to the Concept Care Membership Terms & Conditions.
-
By purchasing a Concept Care membership through our website, you agree to the following terms relating to the use of your membership.
Your membership provides one treatment entitlement for each paid membership month from the treatment collection applicable to your chosen membership level. Your membership becomes active once your first membership payment has been successfully processed.
Membership treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to appointment availability. Booking an appointment does not create an additional treatment entitlement. Each paid membership month provides one included treatment only.
Membership Payments
Your membership is paid by a recurring monthly subscription payment. Membership benefits remain available while your membership is active and payments are up to date.
If a membership payment fails or remains unpaid, your membership benefits may be suspended until the outstanding payment has been resolved. This may include the use of your monthly treatment entitlement and member discounts.
Booking Your Membership Treatment
Membership appointments must be booked through Booksy using the “MEMBERS ONLY” category.
When booking, please search for “MEMBERS ONLY” and select the membership level you are currently subscribed to: Concept Essential, Concept Signature or Concept Luxe. Once you have selected the correct membership, you will be able to view and book the treatment options available within your membership collection. Please note: each month, you can choose ONE treatment from your membership’s treatment list. The “Book” button will show £0.00 for these treatments because they are included in your monthly membership.
Please ensure you select the correct membership level and an eligible treatment when making your booking. Membership treatments booked incorrectly may need to be amended.
Members are strongly encouraged to book in advance, including appointments for future membership months, to secure their preferred date and time. Membership does not guarantee availability on a particular date, time or with a particular therapist.
VIP Membership Card
Your VIP Member Card will be provided to you when you attend the salon for your membership.
Your membership card includes a QR code and must be presented at every appointment. This allows our team to identify your active membership, record your monthly membership treatment and ensure that you receive the correct member benefits and discount applicable to your membership level.
Please ensure you bring your membership card with you to every appointment.
The membership card is personal to you, cannot be transferred or used by another person, and remains the property of Concept Esthetics & Beauty.
Possession of a membership card does not by itself confirm that your membership is active or that payments are up to date.
Additional Treatments & Member Discounts
You are welcome to book additional treatments from our standard treatment menu during your membership.
Your applicable member discount will be applied by our Front of House team when payment is taken at the salon. The discount may not be displayed or deducted during online booking.
Please present your VIP Membership Card at the appointment so that our team can identify your membership level and apply the correct discount.
Member discounts are available only while your membership is active and payments are up to date.
Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Our standard salon appointment and cancellation policies apply to all Concept Care appointments.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please provide the required notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments may affect your monthly membership treatment entitlement. Our booking system will automatically send you appointment reminders ahead of your visit. To avoid any applicable cancellation fee or loss of your monthly membership treatment entitlement, please cancel or rearrange your appointment at least 48 hours in advance by calling us or using the “Cancel” option on Booksy.
Members are responsible for attending their booked appointments on time. Late arrival may reduce the available treatment time or, where necessary, result in the appointment being amended or cancelled.
Membership Terms
Membership treatments and benefits are personal to the named member and cannot be transferred, shared or exchanged for cash.
For full details of your membership, including payment arrangements, treatment entitlements, unused treatments, cancellation and membership benefits, please refer to the Concept Care Membership Terms & Conditions.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable Concept Care Membership Terms & Conditions.
